Some Things to Keep in Mind
• Your PayPal receipt serves as your ticket. No need to look for a future email to print and bring!
• Seating is assigned based on order of purchase. If you would like to request to sit with another party, please contact us as soon as possible. We try our best to accommodate all seating requests, but please understand it is not always possible, especially if the orders are not made closely together.
• Doors open approximately 30 minutes before curtain, at which time you will be escorted to your seats.
• We understand NoVA traffic can be unpredictable, but all shows will start on time. Please allow enough travel time to arrive early as a courtesy to our actors, who are working very hard at an amazing experience for you.
• If NVP cancels a show because of weather, it will do so no later than three hours before curtain time. If NVP cancels a show, patrons with tickets for the cancelled show may choose one of the following options: 1) reschedule for another day; 2) receive a refund for the original purchase price of the ticket; or 3) convert the purchased tickets into a tax-exempt donation to NVP.
• If the theatre does not cancel its performance, but inclement weather keeps a patron from attending the show, the unused ticket can be used at a future production of the same show on a standby basis only.
